Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products, online programs, and services purchased through CC Tennis Performance (legal name: CARDINALOPTION UNIPESSOAL, LDA) via our website.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds are only available under the following conditions:
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not available once access to digital content, training materials, or programs has been provided or substantially used.
• No refunds are offered for completed coaching sessions, live training, or partially used subscription periods.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable for that billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

CC Tennis Performance reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Due to the digital nature of books, courses, and downloadable materials, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • There was a technical issue preventing access

  • The product was purchased in error and not accessed

How do I request a refund?

  • Your purchase email

  • Product name

  • Reason for the request

Each request is reviewed individually.

What happens if a refund is approved?

If approved:

  • Access to the product will be revoked

  • Any associated downloads must be deleted

  • The refund will be processed via the original payment method

Are services refundable?

Services (coaching, consulting, camps, workshops) are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and notice.

If you experience access or technical issues, please contact us first. Most problems can be resolved quickly without the need for refunds.
